Seres, a Chinese electric vehicle brand, is making its debut in Nepal with the Seres 3 electric subcompact SUV at the upcoming NADA Auto Show. MAW Vriddhi Autocorp, under MAW Group, is the sole authorised distributor of 'Seres' electric vehicles in Nepal.
Seres is a brand of electric vehicle marketed by Seres Group. Seres Group is one of the largest EV manufacturers in China and has been exporting to over 70 countries globally. It is famous for its popular DFSK and SERES brands. As per a ranking by Brand Directory, Seres Group (previously known as Sokon Group) is the fastest-growing Automobile brand after a successful 2022 in which it sold 21% more vehicles year-on-year. The brand’s forecasts have also increased, helping further boost brand value.

The Seres 3 is an electric subcompact SUV powered by a 52.7 kWh lithium-ion battery pack and paired with a 99 kW electric motor. The Seres 3 claims an electric range of 405 kilometres on a full charge (NEDC). The Seres 3 has a ground clearance of 190mm.
